Strala means radiate light in Swedish, the protege of Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, the founders of Strala from New York. Strala is a way of being, moving and healing that helps people connect with how they feel, move how it feels good, and handles challenges with ease. Similar to a vinyasa flow class, this class is fast-paced where movements are strung together almost in a dance-like motion. It focuses on balance, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise to deliver a full body workout. Be prepared to sweat with upbeat tunes or be relaxed with nature.
Grace believes yoga is for everyone. Bring your whole self with you when connecting, moving with ease, and grace.
