Chair Yoga before Lunch
I am Damon, a yoga teacher, who helps those who want to practise yoga because of vestibular disorder (balance issues) or to improve overall balance. Yoga helps with balance, mindfulness, self-care, inspiration, focus, movement and coordination rather than only focusing on poses and being still. True balance comes from movement, mastering transitions and developing strength by focusing your attention on alignment, endurance and attention.
The benefits of yoga are plenty; for example it improves your concentration, keeps you calm, improves your posture when standing and walking, increases coordination and crucially, yoga helps with age-specific issues such as menopause and arthritis.
